  • Gemstones

    We use only amazing Ethically Sourced Gemstones. These are sourced through our extensive network built up over 15 years. We typically work with Natural Earth Mined Gemstones. Our collars feature Round Brilliant Cut stones as these lend themselves to the circular nature of the finished product.

  • Metal

    Our metalwork is designed to ensure your stones stay safe and look incredible. We work with a variety of metals including Platinum, 9ct, 14ct, 18ct Yellow, White & Rose Gold and Sterling Silver. All our buckles and 'D' rings are fully UK hallmarked. Any Gold and Platinum components are also struck.

  • Leather

    We use some really outstanding people to create and assemble our gem set metalwork into the finished product. The stitching can be in any contrasting colour and we have a choice of Leather for both inside and outside the collar.

Gemstones

Our gemstones come from all over the world. We in turn then travel to see our network of suppliers within Europe. By visiting we are able to view stones in person to select the best, and not buy them unseen. Some gemstones such as Sapphires can be heat treated to enhance colours.

Precious Metal

We design our own components in-house to fit various sizes of gemstones. Once one is made, we can make a mould from this, then create wax models and cast these into metal. This process is known as Lost Wax Casting. These rough castings then require hand finishing and setting with a Gemstone.

Hand Finished & Set

The rough castings need filing and papering up before polishing. They are then ready to be drilled and hand set with a gemstone. Our stone setters are the best in the business. Apprentice trained and with over 30 years experience with top luxury brands - our studs can be Rub-over/Roman set or Star set.

Leatherwork

Our leatherwork is hand cut and then our studs, buckles and 'D' rings are stitched into place. We have a swatch of fabrics available to choose from and a range of thread colours too - these can be used to contrast the stones or leather.

Product Testing

Meet Theo, Head of Product testing.

Theo wore our first prototype collar for over a year before we went into production with our collars. His testing collar featured a London Blue Topaz set in Sterling Silver. The stone still looked good, although the leatherwork required remaking. We are able to remake our collars using the original components, or by adding/removing them. Theo went everywhere in his collar including the sea, at any given opportunity.
